Can you please verify the cards are as pictured (not rider back)?

back colors are either blue or red with standard face cards from bicycle. all cards have a slight weathered look to them. I love them, but they can be very slippery.

This may be a silly question but if I buy the 4 pack are the decks still all in a individual box so I can give them as gifts?

Yes. You'll have to remove the plastic wrap but its just shipping type plastic and then you can gift wrap each deck of cards. They make great gifts because the box for each deck is high quality.

does this come with cut cards?

No. It does not include cut cards.
