Do not buy the HP Envy series; it has a lot of design issues.!
The media could not be loaded. I'm an HP user who has been using HP products for a long time, not just because it's a brand, but because I'm impressed with their quality of services. I haven't encountered any defects in my other products until now.However, I'm really disappointed with the HP Envy series due to numerous design issues that have led to the breakage of the backpanel and display in a short time span. In my case, I bought the HP Envy x360 13-ay1038au in February 2023, and it broke on October 20, 2023. I contacted customer support, and they supported me by replacing the damaged parts under warranty. However, the main issue remains unresolved. For instance, after folding it into tablet mode, the laptop goes to sleep, and there are cracking sounds while opening and closing the laptop.Despite contacting them and resubmitting my laptop on November 3, they haven't returned it as of November 29, just providing excuses.I have attached video of the internal damage.
