This is fabulous except it’s not 6ft, it’s barely 5’6” on each side so all together you lose a full foot. I got the ivory/steel grey and there’s no hint of grey in it. If you are looking for a taupe/beige that isn’t light it’s perfect. It’s not dark enough to be brown, it’s not a yellow based beige either so it’s a perfect neutral and I really like that it has black running through it. The edges are all curled up though and since it’s so thin I’m worried they won’t smooth out.

This rug was exactly what I was looking for EXCEPT, it is not 8' round, it's just a few inches over 7'. And we all know size IS important. It feels a bit disingenuous to advertise it as 96" when it's not even 89". The emotional response for most women will be a familiar one, but yet, still disappointing.As a result of its less than advertised size, it doesn't cover the rug pad I purchased and it doesn't fit the room. Not sure it's possible to roll it up tight enough to squeeze it back into the tube bag to return it. I understand color descriptions or texture descriptions can vary based on perspective, but measurements should be accurate.

I love everything about the rug, however, it rolls around the edges. I’ve had it for about a week now and was hoping it would’ve laid flat by now. Anyone else have this issue or know what to do about this? I have the 6 foot round rug..

This fits perfectly under my round table I use it for my quilting machines. This is darker taupe (brown gray) and light brown (tan or beige not ivory), had hoped it was more medium but it’s dark. It does make a nice contrast to my birch floor and oak table. Yes it’s thin it’s cotton so it should be washable (yes it is, it shrinks 15-20%) more like a towel bath mat like hotels often have (not plush, not as soft) and I’ve got a thicker pad underneath to help keep it flat. I do expect it to snag I’ve got cats but this type of weave I’ve found works better than most, very similar to the one I have from a different vendor in my family room dining table. Like the pattern somehow it manages to be neutral modern casual but not too bold, some texture but blends well. For the price and that it’s washable it’s a must for cats, won’t expect it to last more than a few years. If you want something more traditional it’s not at all like a wool rug! The diamond pattern does seem to not be as soft but it has a firmer structure that’s more like a braided rug in that regard although much thinner. I bought a smaller square version and folded it in half for my bath mat, then use a towel Bath mat (hung in between showers) on top. The pattern has different thickness so I had to fold it so the alternate pattern was underneath because of the thickness difference, it felt uneven as a bath mat which does work well. It is less taupe looking against a taupe (brown-gray) tile, more of a charcoal gray and light brown. It really does camouflage a lot of the cat thread pulls and hair balls, better than the lighter patterns I’ve tried. Plan on buying more if available when my present ones need replacement.

I love the rug but it has pink:purple threads in the weave which were not shown on any of the images. That just won’t fit into the colours of the space. Unfortunately we were in the middle of a move and missed the return window. Wishing that was more clear!
