excellent replacement rak toilet seat
worked really well but at first i did think it wouldnt fit. however after watching a youtube video on how to remove the old one and put this one on, it was all very easy.

Not to impressed with the fixings on this particular product The screw heads are badly formed and will not tighten the brackets to stop seat sliding all over the pan (It is a RAK pan) I now have to acquire new better fixings to make this work

Cheapest replacement RAK seat but still expensive for a toilet seat
I'm knocking off a point as you can buy the entire RAK toilet with seat for £160 and yet the seat is £43 sold separately. However, that isn't this seller's issue; if you go to RAK you'll pay maybe £60 for the seat! RAK don't respond to emails and my seat (only 2 years old) no longer soft closes which is not the end of the world but a pain. This seat is a direct replacement for the Tonique soft close seat and it really does soft close. Only had it a week so I can't say how long it will last.

Perfect fit, great quality
Fits perfectly since you can adjust the depth significantly. Good quality and design. Room for improvement in terms of packaging; less plastic please!

Very easy to install
It took a bit of searching to make sure I had the correct seat. I couldn't see any indication of the model on my Rak toilet. Fitting was remarkably easy with a push button release for the old seat and the new one just clicks into place.

Do not buy this item
Not sure that this was a genuine RAK Ceramics seat. Soft close mechanism is extremely severe and the rubber bumper pads are ineffective and the plastic seat hits the ceramic bowl with some force. Unfortunately, I cannot return the item as the original seat was completely broken. Now having to source a genuine RAK replacement

This toilet seat was of high quality for great price. I ordered the wrong seat. No problem returning the seat. The refund was given quickly. Great customer service.
