So Worth It!
Dang thing works! For me, it takes around 30 minutes to get warm to hot on bare skin. I bought it for the back support with heat as a bonus if it worked. (I know it says to put it over a camisole, but I didn't/don't). I use/used it for 3 to 5 hours on a strained lumbar and it really helped. Can't see it under loose clothing/tunics and leggings. So worth it!

Small and hot
This belt was smaller than I thought it would be and it does get very hot. If I wear a T shirt under it the heat factor is O.K. but I was surprised at how hot it got against my bare skin. It isn't exactly what I was looking for and much different from other support belts I've used in the past. I'll use it but want to find another one that fits better with less heat.

Don't waste time or money
Gave it one star because you have to to do review. I measured, very carefully, and then ordered. The XL was supposed to fit! NOT EVEN CLOSE. I could only get it to my sides, and I would have needed a piece of equipment to stretch elastic far enough to even meet in the front. Poor quality control.

Great support and invisible under clothes.
I ordered this for my elderly mother who suffers from lumbago and sciatica and she said she loves it. Never argue with an 86 year old lady. She ordered it in a large with a 35 inch waist and the size worked out great.

Comfortable and self-heating.
Very comfortable to wear, and the self-heating feature really helps with keeping my back muscles relaxed.Update 5/5/2018: after 2 months of wearing the belt, the velcro snaps loose while sitting, and won't hold anymore. Is it possible to exchange for a different type?

XL is not as large as it claims.
Very sad, cause XL doesn't fit on my belly, where I need to wear it. I am at the larger end of the measurements, but still not big enough. Very disapointed. Too bad they didn't have an XXL.
