It does what it says. Full 5G. Works instantly. It has never failed me. Even compatible with Xiaomi even though it warns you not compatible during activation. Call quality is very good. Full connectivity, there no bad reception in NYC, NJ, Texas and San Francisco.

I was a little worried about using this but it was so easy to set up. My phone is a dual sim so I put it in my phone a couple of days before we travelled and left the sim setting as they were. As we landed I turned my data off and switched to this sim then switchedit backon. It worked straight away so I was able to use my phone as a sat nav. The kids both used my hotspot everywhere when there was no WiFi and they had no issues at all. Everything on my phone worked normally so messages on WhatsApp on my uk number all came through. I had no signal problems other than in the Everglades but that was expected. Definitely alot cheaper than being charged daily roaming fees

Purchased for a two week trip in British Columbia and Alberta. Sim Card worked perfectly upon landing and despite saying that it was not compatible with my Moto G8 Plus, I had zero issues accessing all the data needed. Having driven 1500 miles in two weeks I can happily report that it downloaded all the necessary maps, routes and information on 4g data. Setting it up was a dream and the service was exceptional. Saved $$ on not having to purchase a sat nav.

I purchased this for a recent work trip to the USA (as it was cheaper than attempting to using my UK contract for USA roaming), and it worked perfectly with excellent signal strength (mostly 5G) in all areas I travelled (around Nashville and Franklin, Tennessee). I followed the activation instructions 3 business days (excluding the weekend) before travelling, and I got an activation confirmation email containing the US number the day before travel. I inserted the SIM card into my phone on the plane, gave the phone a couple of restarts, and it was working instantly. It was particularly useful having a US number while travelling as some services (e.g. food delivery / takeout places) required a US number. I did receive a couple of spam calls, but nothing out of the ordinary.However I'm only giving it 4 stars as the international calls / text limitation isn't clearly stated prior to purchasing this or on the packaging. This SIM card will only allow you to make calls and texts to other US numbers (maybe Canadian and Mexican numbers too? I'm unsure), regardless of the location of the phone you're trying to contact. For example, I was travelling with a colleague with a non-US number but I could not use this SIM card to contact them as their number was non-US, even though they were also in the US and therefore connected to a US mobile network.

Super simple to set up and use. Was fantastic service and a great price for 12 days in US and Canada. Recommend!!!

Bought this SIM card and got an email to say it’s activated but just arrived in the USA and it isn’t working even though Iv tried all troubleshooting! Can only use WiFi. How do I get a refund?

Connected within a couple of hours of requesting. Fitted to my second SIM card slot and worked flawlessly. Used my phone as a hot spot for the rest of my family's phones. Got great 5G speed, with absolutely no issues or spam calls.I can only comment on my personal experience,but I found it fantastic value for money and so easy to use!

Esim achetée pour la Californie. Aucun souci. Installation ok et utilisation aussi.Internet et appels locaux. Seul problème de connexion : dans un désert. Normal !

Perfect if you are travelling to the USA. Works instantly when inserted in phone. The steps to activate the card in advance are easy and take less than 2 minutes. Good coverage with 5G and unlimited data as promised. Would buy again.

Compré esta tarjeta con dudas por la heterogeneidad de los comentarios y sin estar segura de la compatibilidad con mi teléfono móvil.Es una tarjeta de Estados Unidos pero que funciona igualmente en México y Canadá.En mi caso sólo la he usado en México y desde el primer momento funciona perfectamente. Mi teléfono es un Xiaomi Note 12 pro.Se recibe la tarjeta sim física en casa y hay que rellenar un formulario online con los datos de la sim y de las fechas de activación 48-72 horas antes del día para el que se necesita. No obstante, yo envié el email el día antes de mi llegada a México y sobre las 15:00 hora española ya estaba activada la tarjeta.Cambié la sim en el avión y al aterrizar en cuanto quité el modo avión la pude utilizar sin problema. La cobertura y velocidad son muy buenas, si bien lo he usado sólo para Whatsapp, correo y navegación sencilla por internet. No sé cómo irá con vídeos/películas o juegos.Eso sí, hay que configurar bien los datos en itinerancia en los ajustes del teléfono para habilitarlos.Me parece súper útil y una gran opción para los viajes fuera de la UE, en este caso Estados Unidos, Canadá y México. Lo recomiendo.

Perfettamente funzionante in California sul mio Xiaomi Redmi note 13 5g che sul sito risultava solo parzialmente compatibile! Fatta richiesta di attivazione un paio di giorni prima della partenza come indicato nelle istruzioni, segnando la data di arrivo negli USA come inizio, inserita la SIM appena atterrati ha funzionato sin da subito con ottimo segnale, qualche difficoltà nei parchi nazionali ma era così per ogni operatore e anche per il gps dell'auto, comunque non da comprometterne la qualità! Quindi consiglio assolutamente, controllate la compatibilità sul sito ma non vi fate scoraggiare dalla compatibilità parziale
