Ideal summer socks for hubby at a very competitive price

So I really hate tight, elasticated socks. And you probably do too, which is why you're checking these out. They're very plain and very black, and anyone who sees them will think to themselves, "Oh look, that person is wearing black socks". To you though, they're something more. They're black socks that you can take off later and find your lower leg looks the same as it did when you put them on. Wonderful. With so many pairs provided, these represent excellent value. They're not exceedingly soft though, and don't smack of top-quality. However, they're certainly comfortable enough and I don't regret buying them. So, unless you demand the best-of-the-best of everything, you won't regret it either.

Brilliant buy

These socks are truly NON-elasticated, not slightly elasticated. I find them perfectly agreeable to my own needs. I thought the socks were packed in groups of three pairs, so thinking I had received 12 x 3 pairs, ie 36 pairs, but that was a mistake. They are packed folded and clipped into a hanging hook, so seemed thick enough to be a set of three pairs, but they are packed ONE pair in a card 'hanger' (ie for display in a shop). If you like NON-elasticated socks these will suit you. One advantage I found is that the socks are all the same colour, so I do not have the problem of pairing up socks of very pale and very similar colours after they have got thoroughly mixed up in the washing machine. As I am partially colour blind this has been a serious problem (though the ONLY problem) with another make, in which a set of 12 pairs comprises pairs of many pale colours, the customer being unable to opt for socks all of the same colour. Very large compared to other socks 6-11 if you’re size 7-8 to big

I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review, but this purchase was disappointing due to incorrect product information. The listing as of today clearly stated that the socks were made from 100% cotton, which is the main reason I chose them – I specifically wanted natural, breathable fibres and non-elastic tops for comfort. However, the product that arrived is labelled as “cotton rich” with only 65% cotton.

Finding socks as good as these has proved impossible until now. I have an ultra sensitive skin symptom affecting both feet and legs, and these do not set my feet stinging like with 'cotton rich' socks which actually inflame my feet further, and I can loop them at full stretch over my toes. Good, wide top. I would love to know if you do socks like this with some kind of non-slip ribbing underneath? If my feet didn't slip forward inside the shoe these would be the perfect sock.

No recomiendo para nada la compra de estos calcetines. A la primera lavada ya estan para tirar. No aguantan nada
