Great Dock for the value,
I purchased a new Omen laptop recently and looked into getting this dock for a couple of weeks after reading the mixed reviews. I went ahead and purchased the dock and it shipped quickly and arrived on time. I have now been using the dock for several weeks with no issues.

Missing correct cords
Missing cords and not aligned for US outlets. False advertising.

Good at best when it works, a brick when it doesn't
When the company I work for was acquired by a larger company, the new company put us on HP products. Right out of the gate the docking station that was shipped with the laptop was inferior for the work I was doing. I got after doing some research and calling HP to find out that this particular docking station was better rated than the one that came with the laptop. In the research I did, I also read a lot of reviews. Much of those reviews (including reviews on HP's website), we not particularly favorable. I have had off and on trouble with this docking station extending the image from my laptop to the external monitors. Often times at least on of the monitors will just go to a black screen and you have to wait until it comes back. With the help of our company IT I ran a diagnostic check and updated the necessary drivers. This would work for a few weeks to a month and then start doing it again. Finally a few weeks ago (just before Christmas 2024) I updated the firmware for the docking station. After the update, it became a brick. I had the IT guy check it out and he confirmed as much. I don't recommend using these docking stations unless you absolutely have to. I think they have issues from software to hardware/bad wires. I have had two of these and since it's for work will need to get a third. Both of the first two seemed to suffer from similar issues.

Connects my HP ZBook Power laptop to my home office
Convenient method to connect my HP ZBook Power laptop to my home office, and to my actual office. One connection enables Ethernet, Internet, charging, and multiple monitors.

Buy direct through HP
I appreciate the ability to purchase on Amazon, but would have been better to have purchased direct through HP.Likes: Small footprint, HP to HP. Its a docking station.Dislikes: Not enough HMDI ports, has several USB C and Display ports but only 1 HDMI????, The firmware doesn't autoupdate. The monitors continuously glitch throughout the day and since it doesn't happen on the gaming PC and didn't occur prior to this docking station, I can only guess that it is solely related to this.
