Works fantastically & great value
Had to ring as i had an issue setting sim up, my fault! Staff were great, so patient and walked me thru the set up. I made one call in UK prior to leaving country and then used it in USA from time i landed, worked and is still working great. Will purchase again. Great value.

Affordable and Convenient SIM Card for Roaming โ Great for International Travel!
I bought the Three 4G/5G SIM card as a prepaid option to ensure I had reliable data when I landed in Colombia, and it worked out really well. The setup process is straightforward if you follow the instructions carefully. One thing I found especially useful was that itโs cheaper to buy this online than in a physical store, so itโs a great value for what you get. Before you leave the UK, itโs essential to activate the card by making an outbound call and sending a few texts to ensure itโs fully set up for roaming. If you skip this step, you might run into issues with using it abroad. Once activated, I had no issues accessing data or staying connected while traveling, with a generous 12GB roaming allowance that suited my needs perfectly. Overall, this SIM card is a solid choice for travelers looking for an affordable way to stay connected across multiple destinations, and the 30GB (was 75GB at purchased, but Three removed that package) of data for UK use is a nice bonus if youโre traveling locally as well. Highly recommended for anyone needing a hassle-free roaming solution!

My experience with this SIM (for EU travel) was Horrific...+ 3 would NOT honor this prepaid data!!
TERRRRRIBLE experience with what Should have been very straightforward + Quick process. In addition to 3's setup being ridiculously complex (had to use AI!), the reality is I carefully reviewed everything about this SIM prior to purchase as my current data provider doesn't have an EU roaming option, so this seemed to fit the bill. While AI thinks my trouble was because I have the audacity to be putting the SIM into my US-based Samsung tablet (??! WHY should that matter?), after spending what must have been at least an hour TRYING to "activate" the card before leaving England as had been outlined in other reviews here, AI then assured me when I got to France all would be fine since I had at least received two automated text messages from 3, so AI was saying that denoted "activation" and I should be fine once the tablet was rebooted in France and camped onto a partner network. However, Not wanting to find myself stranded once in France (female traveling solo, this backup wifi was meant to be my safety net!)....I then went ahead and contacted 3 via their Chat. People, 3 does NOT recognize this "prepaid purchase" period! The vexing rep just kept saying over and over I needed to buy a data plan, even though I provided the number from this SIM's packaging! Here's the suggested verbiage I pasted in from AI that I used with the rep: "Hello, I have a pre-loaded Amazon UK data SIM card in my tablet. My device shows it is connected to the '3' network and my APN is set to '3internet', but your tower is blocking all web traffic and forcing me onto a login redirect screen. Can you please check my mobile number and manually push the pre-loaded data bundle activation to my card?" I also kept asking for a supervisor. Because AI was saying they surely have the familiarity with these prepaid SIMS, especially via Amazon. I could make absolutely zero headway with that rep of theirs though. So, after these tedious and irksome lonnng back-to-back online sessions handling what should have been a 5-10 min. easy setup, I decided to hope in AI's assertion that the "stuck" state of my Samsung tablet re: the initial activation WOULD sort itself out once I'd crossed the Channel. But then, as if all that vexing time waste wasn't enough, when I got to France early evening, the dang little Airbnb I rented did NOT have its wifi working. So, STRANDED, I of course booted up my tablet...having done all that time-consuming advance work (or Tried to anyway)....and NOTHING. The network could not be found, kept displaying "searching". Went into APN settings, tried everything including switching those. So BE CAREFUL if you decide to pull the trigger on this SIM for EU use in particular. Horrid HORRID experience for yours truly...insert head-shaking and eye-rolling emoji here. Thankfully Amazon just gave me a refund but this has been an utter fiasco -- including now costing me more in having had to activate a pricey EU roaming plan on my prior pay-as-you-go SIM. But I must give credit where credit is due, EE has, in contrast to 3, been Brilliant....including Excellent coverage in numerous very rural areas in England for the past few months. Their customer service is also top notch, and within minutes of ringing them my tablet was up and running again At Last -- as I use it as a mobile hotspot for my phone and laptop when away from wifi provided by my accommodations. Since that took 24 hours to resolve here at my current roof, this SIM fiasco created a HUGE problem for me and had me not only stranded but in tears. FYI I am extremely tech savvy as a rule so this, to me, has just been an utterly inexplicable Fiasco. UGH. (PS, I am traveling so I do not have a UK bank account as I am just a visiting expat...if you do though, EE has an excellent plan which does cater generously to EU roaming, that's the Only reason I am instead having to now use their 7-day EU roaming plan...but at least I'm functional again...and SAFE out here on the road by myself in a foreign country!)

Sim card card for use in USA
Used in Florida for whatsapp calls and general info and maps. Use qr code on pack put in details and start date for use abroad, mine was for USA and make a call from your phone before you leave to register the sim. Linked up immediately we landed in Florida and never failed. Money well spent.

Mostly excellent
It probably deserves 4.5 stars, but that's not possible to give. Almost 5 stars except for one issue. Set up was fine and easy. It didn't activate exactly when I asked, but customer service was very responsive and helpful, even outside the hours they advertise. The packaging and emails say you need to make a UK phone call after activation, but that wasn't the case, confirmed by the seller. I needed to restart the phone for the data to work, that wasn't mentioned by the seller, but I've had similar before so knew what to do. It worked flawlessly in Singapore and Australia. The only slight issue was in Indonesia. The first day the local network must have been down as 4g was showing on the phone, but nothing worked. That wasn't the sellers fault obviously, but the sim only allowed you to connect to one network in Indonesia and that was the one that was down on that day. If I could have connected to an alternative it would have got 5 stars. Same at another island in Indonesia, only one network was available and it was one the sim wasn't allowed to connect to. Overall though, when the network was available it worked absolutely fine. I often managed to connect when 10-15 miles off shore as a bonus. Overall absolutely worth the money and great customer service too

Speakeasy help was wonderful.
Great value. Had trouble activating SIM. I called the Speakeasy help number. They cleared everything up, activated SIM and called back later to make sure everything was OK. Great support.

Absolutely Seemless Process
I struggled to set up initially, which was absolutely user error. There is a giant QR code on the front of the sim that walks you through easy set up. I did ring for help and got a call back almost instantly from a very friendly chap who was ready to offer assistance, but as I said, it was so simple I just didnโt notice the activate sticker on the front of the sim. I already have a three account and have linked the sim so Iโm hopeful the data coverage will be the same as mine contract one

Make sure you read the instructions
I ordered the sim as a holiday sim to take to turkey. I followed all the instructions and was working fine in the uk. On landing in turkey we received a message explaining how much costs would be. I thought is wouldn't apply. Tried to use the phone and it wouldn't work. Unless I was missing something or turkey wasn't in the 70 destination. I am going to try again on June to see if it works in Spain
