I love these. I ordered them for my knee pain and sometimes if I haven't been walking or moving around that often I put this on the worm wood is fantastic you will feel a very small amount of pain but as soon as its done and comes off by itself you'll notice that the pain is gone and you feel like you can move more now. I love that I will forever be buying these and you can put these in other places too.

Does not stick properly and when you have been wearing it for 30-45 mins starts to pull and hurt not a good feeling especially with trousers

These patches are easy to apply and seem to provide some relief for my damaged knee.The instructions state that you may feel tingling or warmth, but, strangely, I can feel a cooling effect, which is what my physiotherapist says that I need, she told me to ice it.The patch seems to stick well and you can put it to one side if you like, I have as it's down the side of my knee where I've damaged it.I feel like the patch is offering a bit of support, so I don't actually need to wear my brace as well, but my knee is on the mend, so they may not work as well if your damage is more recent than mine is. I do feel like I'm on the right side of this, now, and that it is getting better, but I do still get the odd set-back, just not as bad or for as long as it once was.

Two packs of 12 shaped patches, in resealable zip lock bags to keep them fresh, suitable for pain relief around the knee, top and bottom, but can be used on other parts of the body. The patches contain wormwood, borneol, ginger and camphor, to give the joint or muscles a warming effect. I use camphor rubs a lot in treating my arthritic knees, and having a patch can be a bit more convenient than aggravating the pain by rubbing in a cream or gel. The warming effect of the camphor really helps painful conditions.I tried the patches straight away, as my knees are most painful in the late afternoon or evening, after I’ve been on my feet all day, and I have to say they worked a treat, I’m even going to suggest them to my wife who has spondylosis of the neck, to help alleviate her symptoms.The patches were very easy to use, wash the effective area on your body, to remove any oils etc, and shave if needed, giving the patch good adhesion. Then peal back the backing paper on the patch and stick to your skin, the effects lasted all evening, and I didn’t need to top up during the night, I even put a sock bandage on my knees, to keep it in place while I was asleep, giving me a good nights sleep.They come with a long 3 year expiry date.They certainly worked for me, and I’m happy to recommend.
