Loved this product enough that I bought two! I am an exclusively pumping doctor mom, and I use the outer chamber regularly to store milk while I’m at work because I don’t always have reliable access to a fridge. We did try freezing water in the inner chamber, but this caused a bulge in the bottom, so we now just fill it with ice at the beginning of the day. Usually by the end of the day I need to top up with more ice or all the ice melts, but it still keeps my milk cold enough to be safe for baby. I have used this on weekends I’ve been out of town, and it works great. I also want to give a plug to the customer service of this company - they have quick response times via phone or email, and they resolve issues promptly and effectively. I would recommend the ceres chill to any mom who pumps regularly!

Love this. Customer service was excellent. Even when I managed to crack one of the pieces the company shipped me out a replacement part completely free and without hassle. This made it so easy for me to pump and store breastmilk and I never worried that the milk has gone bad. This was a lifesaver for flights and travel.

So far I am really in love with this product and wish that I had it for my first baby and at the very start of my breastfeeding journey! With that said, gift one to your mommy-to-be friends that are pregnant! I use to travel with a cooler which required me to remember the ice pack, the bottles, as well as the cooler itself lol. When you are sleep deprived and commuting to work the less to remember, the better. I also love that if I forget to take the milk out right away when I get home, it is still safe and protected being chilled for 24 hours. This has been a game changer for me and I'm truly thankful for this product! I will say that you will want to keep the sanitizing wipes on you so that you can wipe down the inner chamber if you have a larger supply. The inner chamber fills up on me after 2-3 usages so I have to use the outer chamber for my pump sessions at work + commuting.

I love the ombré look of the chiller I bought and it does a great job chilling milk and being way easier to manage out and about than ice packs. I’m also looking forward to flying with it since TSA will only need to check one bottle rather than endlessly inspecting multiple pumped bottles. BUT—the biggest thing is i had an issue with my chiller and I reached out to customer support. They responded right away, and it was clear from their response that I had lost a small part (the cap). So i just went into their store and bought the cap and let them know. Shortly after, I get a refund notice to my credit card that they have comped my order and sent an additional connector just in case. Totally unexpected but when you pay for quality products, you get quality service. Highly recommend.

Used this to travel by air 20 hours. Was able to change out the ice in the top section every 5-6 hours and keep the milk cold for the whole trip.
