Extremely poor quality product. Made a big mistake purchasing this cheap quality product. Poor plastic quality and buttons. Unstable mic. Falls off while adjusting. Need to hold the mic everytime while talking. The sound quality is very poor. Seems to be a used product sent.

Very Disappointing Product – Not Worth the Price I am very unhappy with this headset. The ear cushions are feel cheap, not comfortable as expected. The microphone is adjustable, but it does not fit properly and is difficult to position correctly for both ears. I also received the product with very low sound on the right side, which makes it unusable. The overall build quality feels very basic, especially considering the high price. The advertisement pictures look very attractive, but the actual product quality is very poor. I would strongly suggest buying another branded product instead of this one. Not recommended at all.

Here is what I found after a day's usage. Audio quality is good. Cushions are Ok but for some large heads it may be bit uncomfortable to wear long hours as it's quite tight fit. Battery seem to drain quite quickly, may last for an hour or so. Headset disconnects and power off if not in use within 2 mins. Once you power on, reconnecting Bluetooth works fine. Need to double press hardware button (Mode) to mute and unmute which is the most frequent thing we do in a call. There are high chances that the buttons can break very soon. There is no light or voice indication of Mute or Unmute which is troublesome during calls. Mic background noise cancellation is average and not great like other popular brands. It does pick up background noise when you are not speaking. But it's ok for the price value. 3.5mm (cable provided) jack will enable only audio but not mic, which is a big negative point. Overall 3/5. It's a necessary evil purchase since there is no other wireless headsets with mic which looks formal for office purpose and at this price range of <1.5

Product is good....sound quality is also good

The quality of the headset is very poor. The stop start button is of very bad quality and it got pushed inside hole. The support team as usual blame the customer that you were using force and therefor the clip broke and the button went inside. I am not a child and know how to take care of the headset. But the customer service wouldnt listen and were asking for almost 1/3rd the cost for repairs. Given that the quality of poor, it seems a waste of money to be spent to repair the headset where it can again break. I would not recommend this headset.
