I was given this putty before by an OT for a hand injury and found it to be really helpful in getting the strength back. After getting a joint injection my hand was painful and stiff and I remembered this putty. It has really helped.

Used similar product years ago as a therapist with patients. Now using for own arthritic hands and quality is good.

Should have bought a softer one. It is a good idea for me to use putty as I have nerve and muscle wastage in my hand.

Really great, hard putty. normally I have to put my therapeutic putty in the fridge before exercising with it, but this one is hard enough without being chilled first.

But if it goes on cloth it doesn't come off

My daughter is delighted with the putty. To be used as a stress relief, not medical.

I bought this for myself to fidget with whilst studying and I am happy I did. I generally take a little chunk out of the container to play with so I can see this lasting me a long time. It is definitely firm though and it's a proper work out for your fingers. If I had thought it was this firm, I would have gone with a medium one instead but.. oh well, I guess I'll just have really muscly fingers!
