These are my go-to sleep plugs for two years now!!! I love them! I can't sleep if it's quiet but also can't sleep if there's random noises (I need constant, dull noise) so I use these along with a noise machine, and they do a good job of dulling the white noise while blocking out most ambient noise that would normally be disruptive (i.e. random siren or chatter, upstairs neighbors, door slams, door bells). Notably, I can still hear my phone alarm with these which is great! On Day 1, they have a nice snug fit that blocks sound maybe 80% - it basically "melts" to the fit of your ear. I can stretch them 3-4 days but then they are a little thinned out / harder to stay in place in inner ear, so they don't block sound as well. They're also a bit dirty by day 3/4 even if you go to bed with clean ears so I don't typically use beyond then. All in all a great, effective product! Works way better for me than the three-ring inner ears I used to buy (the kind they advertise for concerts). Carry case makes super easy for travel too which has been wonderful! 10/10 recommend for noise blocking. Haven't tried for water/swimming.

Easy to use. Comfortable fit. Completely seals the ear canal without pressing into the canal so that shower water doesn't get in (follow package instructions). I've had 3 ear infections in the same ear infections in my life since I was a young teenager and including the one I have now. I was 14 then 45 and now 79. I'm very sure that using these earplugs will prevent swimmers ear for myself from now on.

I live in an apartment in a large city, am a light sleeper, and have an entitled cat. I sleep with these every night and they help me stay asleep. They are by far the best earplugs for sleeping and my ears never hurt in the morning because they mould to your ears. You may want to sleep in a hair bonnet or braid your hair if you have long hair. The first couple of time you use them they are stickier and will pull out your hair!

I’m a light sleeper and these are the only earplugs that have worked for me. My husband snores, the HVAC system is below our bedroom, weather, bird song, the river - I sleep through these yet amazingly hear and wake to my alarm and sounds that truly need investigating. In-ear solutions, and I’ve tried many, either irritate my ears, fall out, or are difficult to get in one ear or the other.

Best earplugs around! They are reusable, and really work. Keeps water out of my ears when showering, and let's my wife sleep at night! Great product.

Helpful and easy to shape for swimmers eat protection. Takes a little work to get them in but they slip in easier over time. Like the larger pack to replace them frequently. I've pair can last a month easily is maintained.

These are getting hard to find but they work so well, much better than foam earplugs. One pair lasts me a week. I use them and a sound machine when I sleep.
