The handle is too heavy to turn around and adjust angle while using and the fabric mop already torn after one day using.

The dust mop does do a good job cleaning laminate floors however the extendable handle leaves much to be desired. The handle is very light and flimsy, you have to be very careful when you expand it or it might separate. You can put it back together but it does take time and patients. I only use it on laminate so I can not say how it would perform on other surfaces.

I recieved my 24 inch mop in good time , but after one use during shacking the dust from the mop the handle broke. I contacted customer service they were great no hesitation sent me another MOP asap and so far all is working out great, but what I liked from the seller is their Goal to satisfy the customer ( they mentioned if my second mop broke like the first they would be more than willing to upgrade the handle.

When a person throws it in the washer when needed the mop falls apart. It shreds grrrrr
