Works good. Only issue is steam only goes for about 10 minutes b4 you need to add more water & I wish it'd raise up a little higher but it's worth what I paid for

I messaged the seller but ok...the fact is the product is great...came a few days earlier...so super easy to assemble, eventhough it said use tap water...I used distilled since the head peace doesnt come off...took about 5 mins to warm up...love it so far...this truly is a must buy!

The on/off button is bad, it always doesn't work and I had to throw away two of them.

Good product, strong steam, fast heating, the only CON is that I needed to adjust the bed hight for the steam not to be so close to the face because is not tall enough for regular beds.
