Slips are growing
As others have noted, the slips do look like small twigs. Ours arrived well packaged and still moist. Gotta put them in a cup of water for a couple weeks to let more roots and leaves develop before planting in the garden. Instructions say to not plant until at least two leaves have grown. Ours have been in a cup of water for at least 3 days and show significant root growth and leaf development. We received 13 slips for our order of 10. A couple may not grow, but it’s too early to tell.I am pleased with this purchase and hope they like my garden growing conditions.

Should have read the reviews
I should have read the reviews more carefully. These came and has 0 leaves to them. The were basically toothpicks . Nonetheless I put them in water and after about a week, more than half the slips have dried up or flopped over clearly in really bad shape . I have maybe 2 out of the 10 that look like the roots are trying to stay alive . I sincerely doubt I will be able to get even a leaf to sprout

Purple sweet potato slips
I received the slips within a week of ordering and they were tiny but mighty! I paid for 3 and got 6, all were rooted, and will transplant nicely! Thank you!

My opinion of purple potato slips I purchased.
Not what I expected. I have grown better slips in my window. They look like toothpicks more than potato slips. I have them in water hoping for the best. I think I will go to Asian market and get a couple of potatoes and try myself.

Hopeful….
The media could not be loaded. In the past from different sellers. I purchased slips that were much larger and happier then these. These are little longer then match stick size. One match stick only had on little root. Hoping that following the direction for these that they will survive. Hopeful. Will hopefully give an update of progress.

These arrived in tough shape!
Plants didn’t look good when they arrived. I planted when the weather was too cool. Bad combo of weak plants and premature planting.
