The straps are quite thin, which makes it uncomfortable to wear. Not great as a school bag sadly. It looks like the picture, though the light blue color I ordered got very dirty very quickly lol

Received a used product with personal items left inside!
Backpack is really cute and I am sure it would have been great had we not found used airplane earphones, hair pins, a purchase receipt and stains on the backpack itself. So disgusting! We purchased what we thought was a new product, but clearly was not only used, but the seller was careless to not inspect the item before re-selling it to us. The receipt was from July, so it was re-packaged and sent without care. BEWARE of this seller!

Even the small one holds lots
I bought this to use as personal item on plane. It worked great. Once we got on cruise I took it on our stops because it holds water in side pockets plus it makes a fine bag to hold trinkets you pick up. Never realized how much easier a backpack is to carry rather than a purse or sack

Perfect… except
This bag is exactly like pictured, and I think it may be perfect for what I’m going to be using it for (Disney World)… however… it does not fold into the bottom like advertised… it would, but the zipper isn’t reversible, so you can’t zip it closed like you’re supposed to… other than that it’s exactly like advertised
