I've tried a few magnetic car phone mounts over the years, and this is the first one that has genuinely impressed me. The magnet is surprisingly strong and holds my phone securely, even on rough roads, speed bumps and sharp corners. I've never had the phone slip or fall off. One of the reasons I bought this was because I regularly switch between an iPhone and an Android phone, and it works perfectly with both. Once the phone is attached, it feels secure while still being easy to remove with one hand when needed. The mount itself feels very well made and clips firmly onto the air vent without wobbling or moving around while driving. I also like that it's compact and doesn't block too much of the dashboard or vents, giving the interior a clean, tidy look. Installation took less than a minute, and since then it's been completely hassle-free. The adjustable design also makes it easy to position the phone exactly where I want it for navigation. Overall, this has exceeded my expectations. Fits nicely to my BMW air vent and you can fit this to any side of your car that gives you the best view, I use it mainly for maps and it holds my phone very securely in place even over speed bumps, Would definitely purchase again.

Right, bought a new phone and suddenly realised I didn’t have a magnetic phone holder that was capable of holding the weight of the new monster phone. All the ones I had looked like they would fit the bill but as I sat in the car I could see the phone slipping down down down until it was laying on the dash, floor or if lucky, in my lap and that was before any driving had taken place. So, yet another purchase of a MagSafe phone holder was required and I went with this one. Yes I know it’s a lottery but I may just have got lucky with this item 🤭 It does seem to fit the air vent very securely, it has a metal hook that goes over the back of the little vent and as you tighten it up it shortens and grips tight, please don’t over tighten. Much better than the old push on silicon type, though I never had a problem with the smaller phone. So in conclusion. The magnet is very strong and grips my 240 gram phone perfectly, a bonus feature is that as it’s a ring the air con can blow through it when no phone is attached. The phone, when attached, sits far enough away from the vent to allow air to circulate and ensure no rattling or banging against the air vent. Can’t confirm yet if it is good on the road but I can see no reason it shouldn’t be. I’m happy with my purchase at this time.

We have other Lamicall phone accessories that have proved to be functional, well built and durable. Their MagSafe car phone mount appeared to fit all our criteria & it has been an excellent mount for our phones, when navigating long journeys etc & for keeping our phones safe and easy to access if required. We do have a centre console for maps, music, or car information. The MagSafe element appears to be strong & it clips firmly onto a vent. Have also bought a second one for the other side. Definitely recommended.

Llevaba tiempo buscando un soporte para el móvil que no fuera el típico armatoste gigante de plástico tapándome medio cristal, ni una ventosa que se acaba despegando con el calor del sol. Vi este modelo tan pequeñito y decidí probar suerte, sobre todo porque me parecía mucho más cómodo el sistema de imán para no tener que andar abriendo y cerrando pestañas con las dos manos cada vez que me subo al coche. La verdad es que me ha sorprendido muchísimo lo bien que agarra. Para ponerlo en la rejilla del aire no va a presión como otros, sino que lleva un ganchito por detrás, lo metes, le das vueltas a una ruedecita y se queda completamente bloqueado y firme. Luego, poner el móvil es comodísimo. Como mi teléfono no tenía imán de fábrica, le pegué en mi funda la anilla de metal que viene en la caja y es acercarlo y quedarse pegado de golpe. He pasado por badenes y caminos un poco bacheados y el móvil ni se mueve ni se resbala, además de que lo puedes girar fácilmente con una mano si quieres ver el mapa tumbado.
