Perfect for Keto
I've been on a keto diet for over a decade now, and finding a good powdered sugar replacement has been a game-changer for my baking. This powdered sugar substitute is amazing!Pros:-Taste: It has a clean, sweet flavor that mimics real powdered sugar incredibly well—no bitter aftertaste or artificial chemical vibe like some other sweeteners (looking at you, stevia blends). The monk fruit extract balances out the erythritol perfectly.-Texture and Performance: Super fine powder that dissolves easily and works 1:1 (or close to it) in recipes. I've used it for frosting, dusting donuts, making keto cookies, and even waffles. Everything turns out fluffy and delicious without that weird cooling effect some erythritol-heavy products have.Cons:It's a bit pricier than regular powdered sugar, but it's worth it for the quality.Like any erythritol-based sweetener, start with small amounts if you're sensitive, as it can cause mild digestive issues in large doses for some people (though it hasn't bothered me at all).Overall, this has become a staple in my pantry. If you're baking keto donuts, cookies, waffles, or need a frosting base, grab this. You won't regret it! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent Substitute
I adore the powdered sugar alternative made from monk fruit with erythritol! I wanted to create a sugar-free butter cream icing for my batch of Lakanto banana chocolate chip muffins. For the icing, I substituted monk fruit powdered sugar. The frosting and muffins were both excellent! No unpleasant aftertaste! I will undoubtedly keep using Lakanto products to prepare healthful meals and maintain my weight loss.

Great sub for powder sugar
Great product... but too expensive. I used for italian wedding cookies and results were great! I also made a glaze for ricotta cookies, but that didnt turnout good and my sprinkles dissolved in it.

Solid Alternative
Lakanto Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener is a game-changer for anyone seeking a healthier alternative to traditional powdered sugar. As a powdered sugar substitute, it excels in both taste and versatility. One of its standout features is its zero-calorie and zero-net-carb composition, making it an ideal choice for individuals on keto diets or those aiming to reduce sugar intake without compromising on flavor. The blend of monk fruit sweetener and erythritol creates a balanced sweetness that's remarkably close to regular powdered sugar without the guilt.Bakers will love its adaptability in recipes. Whether you're making frosting, dusting pastries, or sweetening beverages, this powdered sweetener behaves like its sugar counterpart. It dissolves easily and doesn't leave an aftertaste, which is a common issue with some sugar substitutes.Perfect for peanut butter cups.

My lifesaver!
If you are like me and sensitive to the flavors and aftertaste to artificial sweeteners, then THIS is your best find ever! We tried several when we started eating a ketogenic diet, and let me tell you this is hands down worth every single penny! We like our coffee in the morning and that is how we use it the most. The first one we tried was Stevia, and my husband told me "this is how they make coffee in hell". He was the first one to try the Lakanto one morning and he actually woke me up just to tell me how awesome it was. When baked into things and mixed in coffee, it tastes exactly like sugar. The only difference I can notice, is if you taste some off your finger from the package, it tastes like sugar except it has a cooling sensation. I have never noticed the cooling sensation from having it in cooked items or in my coffee. The powdered is the best form in my opinion, but we use the granule form too. Tge only thing that sucks about it is it is sometimes hard to find in stores. I have found it at natural grocers and sprouts, but since I live 45 minutes from both places, I have to order it off of here before I run out. Just give it one try and you will be hooked!

My Favorite sugar substitue
It has been my favorite sugar substitute, that i have been using alot recently. I occasionally spinkle some over keto pancakes, has a "Cold" sweetness to it, which i think tastes Great. unless you mix it into what you are cooking, then it tastes 1 to 1 with sugar. It has been a great sugar alternative and i plan to continue using it for a long time.

Muy buena opción
Lo único en lo que no estoy de acuerdo es la descripción. Dice Monk Fruit CON erythritol pero éste último es 99% LOL

Very bad
Very bad sweetner, it doesn’t even add any sweetness to even the tea, with three full spoons for half a cup of tea and can not even taste it …
