We’ve been using the Hello Baby baby monitor (camera + screen), and it has been such a great addition to our daily routine. The picture quality is clear, even at night, which gives us so much peace of mind when checking on our little one. The connection is reliable, and I love that it doesn’t rely on WiFi no lag or worrying about outages. The monitor itself is easy to use, with simple controls and a long battery life, so we’re not constantly needing to recharge it. This is such a great product! I have 3 under 3 and this has been so, so helpful. I use a camera mounted above each of the 3 cribs and it gives me a great picture (even in their very dark rooms) and if they were to escape their cribs I could very easily and quickly change the camera angle to look around the room. I'll probably end up buying a 4th camera to have in our play area. You do have to manually push a button on the camera to pair to the monitor once you unpair it which is a little inconvenient but easily worth it to have one device to watch multiple kids in multiple rooms. I had monitor issues about 6ish months into owning this but reached out to the manufacturer and they gave me some tips to try to get the charge working right. It unfortunately didn't work so they sent me a new monitor for free so definitely A+ customer service.

I bought this baby monitor dec 2025 and have been using it daily. I have had no issues with it and love that I can be outside and still hear/see the baby napping. About 1 month ago my monitor started not holding a charge and would die after about 10 minutes of it being on. I reached out to the company and had 10/10 customer service and was sent a new monitor and all I had to do was re-pair it to my camera. I only use no wifi cameras and this one has been one of the best ones I've had.

Awesome product! Easy to set up. Video quality is enough where I can see my kids, which gives me peace of time knowing I can check on them without accidentally waking them up. I can walk around my house and still have signal. Battery lasts a good amount of time, too. My monitor did stop working all of a sudden, but customer service was very helpful to get it replaced.

I use this for my babies nap. I like that the price is lower than the competitors. The range is good and the quality of the image is good as well. It is used mostly in the dark, and the quality is just as good when the light is on in the room. The charge doesn't last super long, maybe 2 naps at most. Only issue I have is the camera glitches every once and a while. Other than that, it's easy to use!

This camera is a fantastic budget option for your nursery! I've been using it for just 2 months but I have no complaints so far. The monitor display isn't high definition but it's clear enough I can see my baby breathing and opening/closing his eyes. The sound is also great for being such a small monitor. The battery lasts all day and the screen will stay on while charging. I personally have not needed to mount the monitor or use the feature that allows me to talk to my baby so I cannot comment on those. Otherwise this monitor has been great for my needs.

Really enjoyed this monitor while it worked. I purchased this a little over a year ago when I needed to upgrade to two monitors for our second baby. Recently, the parent unit just stopped charging. I have tried multiple chargers, outlets, etc. and nothing works. I have also scoured the internet to find a replacement parent unit. It looks like HelloBaby sells a replacement for every model except this one. Just something to keep in mind when purchasing this specific model. So far I have been pretty disappointed in the quality of the monitors with separate parent units (we used the Vava for my first child and had the same issue). I like the idea of not having to use my phone and being wifi-free for safety reasons, but in this economy, I can't afford to buy whole a new monitor every year or two. Our family will be switching back to the wifi camera that connects to my phone and crossing our fingers it doesn't get hacked.
