Pros-First, it comes with a carrying case. The second thing is that it came with what looked like an exercise band but it is to bind the pieces together to hold while stored in the bag.Thirdly-it came with a jump rope!!. It’s colorful. its weighty. It comes apart and snaps back together. It has an outer colorful foam covering as cushion. It feels heavy and has a quality feel. Cons-it comes apart. Easy?? Not as easy at it seems for people like me or for more elderly that struggle with strength and dexterity. You really have to press your thumb hard enough to pull it apart. It’s weighty. Because of all the different parts and its weight, it makes it floppy in different areas. So stay diligent when trying it out. Start off higher. I have a short torso, and so I had to start literally under my b00bs. This is NOT for the elderly that want to get back into shape. They are better off taking hula lessons or some kind of other low impact exercise. This is also not for beginner kids. I had a go with it. It took me three times to adjust my starting point and technique to be able to keep it going. If you need a refresher, go to YT vids and look up a video specifically FOR BEGINNERS. I think it’s a great price and it’ll be a fun way to get fit and lose weight in no time. My girlfriend and I are in different states and we are going to do this together as a 90 day challenge.

Love it. Bought for me but now I can’t get my daughter away from it. She now has an obsession with hula hooping. lol. Assembly was super easy. Haven’t taken it apart so don’t know of that’s difficult. But it is made really well. And the jump rope it comes with is really nice too. Love the colors. The weight is enough to give you a work out. You get us to the weird feeling/ tenderness around your waste. My daughter is 13 and it didn’t stop her from doing it. She uses it every day with no pain. Buy it. Perfect to keep your kid off the couch. My son is 19 and when he comes home to visit he even grabs it.

Awesome hula hoop easy to assemble just a little heavier then I wanted but my 10 year old nephew loves it and it’s great exercise he counts to 1000 using it

I love this hula hoop! I have been reading about using hula hoops for fitness and that the weighted ones are the best to use to give you more resistance. I had not used a hula hoop since I was a child. I was amazed the first time I used this Hula Hoop that I could actually Hula hoop still! It stayed up above my hips, I cannot only feel the muscles working in my waistline, but also in my thighs. This hula hoop is so amazing! I love that you can take it apart and travel with it. When you snap the pieces together they stay they don’t pop out. I have been using it every day for a week and can already tell a difference in my waistline, I don’t feel as bloated. I also use a low impact exercise program that is online daily along with the hula hoop. You will not be sorry if you purchase this Hula hoop for your fitness routine .

Assembly was easy, and the weight feels just right—not painful, but with enough resistance to feel effective. Lighter hoops don’t give much of a workout, and the ones with bumps are too painful, so this was the perfect balance. Even my kids can use it, so it turned out to be a great choice for the whole family!

This was well-packaged and fairly easy to assemble. Yet it was painful to use as the padding is so thin the hardness of the connection snaps came through causing pain with every rotation around my waist. There is no way that you ever get used to it or are able to use it for more than a few minutes. It was too large for me also. This hoop is almost 40" making it hard to get it to spin. I later discovered that I need a 36" hoop, which is the distance from my waist to the ground as I am 5'3" tall. It is also flimsy once assembled meaning it doesn't maintain a circle so that complicates getting it to spin. It simply is not sturdy enough for a 40" hoop. It needs to be redesigned to address these flaws and offer smaller hoops for short people. I had to return it, and sadly it appears all others on the market are about the same as this one.

It takes a little practice to master the hoop, but it gives you a workout. The jumprope is easily adjustable in length and has a good weight.

I have received this item yesterday and in setting it up, the separate parts don’t lock properly so part of it flew away. I also injured my throat and tried to contact the manufacturer to see if there should have been warnings about throat because I got scared of my feeling of being punched in the throat. Ended up reaching out to doctors. I still have not gotten contact information for manufacturer. I have used this type of hoola hoops before with no issues. This is scary. I probably experienced the worst of it and hopefully others don’t have my experience.
