Hirobo Turbulence D3 V2 Helicopter Model Building Kit

From the Manufacturer Turbulence D3 V2 is a second generation model of Turbulence D3, the winner of 2008 XFC and 2009 3D Masters with Dominik Haegele. We improved original D3 frame design to make CG position closest possible to rotor disc for improving 3D maneuverability and decreasing power loss. With shorter (approx 30mm shorter than previous version) main mast, engine can be mounted on upper position compared with traditional nitro engine model from Hirobo or any other brands. Because of this special engine mount design, the stock kit only accepts OS 105HZ short shaft version available from Hirobo. For using other 90-120 engines, 0414-392 ELS05 fly wheel is necessary. D3 V2 adopted unique tail design, which mounts tail pipe lower than other Hirobo models, to prevent boom strike. Also, main frame design is slightly tilted forward to mount tail pipe upward. This prevents tail rotor hitting ground during landing. Engine, muffler, main blades, radio, receiver, servos and 3 axis gyro are necessary for flight. This product is assembly kit. Assembly is necessary.
