Disappointing
Disappointed as gift box came in tatters (was wrapped up well in box so it was clearly sent out in this condition). Dirt on box and falling apart. Candle itself very dirty on the outside. Have 2 stars as candle smells nice and would be good if wasn’t dirty and box wasn’t in such bad condition that I cannot gift it. Usually wouldn’t leave a review but seen as you cannot contact the seller directly this seems to be the only way. Pics attached.
