Every order is fitted with removable protective corners, wrapped in bubble wrap and then encased in a custom made protective cardboard box clearly labelled and marked 'FRAGILE'. Returns & Refunds We will always refund or replace where the item is shown to have a manufacturers fault. If there is an issue with your personalised product and it is down to us (as the seller) as a genuine mistake or error in customisation, then we will, of course, honour a refund or a replacement. If there is an issue with your personalised product, and it is down to you supplying incorrect or incomplete details, then no refund or replacement can be given, but we will always do our best to reach a positive solution. NB: If you are returning items to us they must arrive back to us in the condition they were supplied at resale quality.
