Works great for Omega 3 fatty acid needs. If you have high cholesterol it may help you.
An excellent way to increase the amount of omega 3 fatty acids in your diet, and if you're like me and live with high cholesterol, this may be a great help. I've had high cholesterol for some time, and I've been taking both flaxseed oil as well as fish oil on a daily basis for many years. I find that the flaxseed capsules are far better than taken flaxseed powder and putting it on my food. Both give a similar result, but putting dry flaxseed on your food is, uh... tough. I stick to the capsules, and I can tell you that they have a real impact. It's worth noting that though this is rated as a 2000mg capsule, the actual daily dose is 2 capsules, so this is actually a 1,000mg cap. The reason this is important is that this bottle then represents only a 45 day supply, so you may wish to weigh that against the cost of the bottle. Good stuff, 100% organic, and good for you. Everyone needs omega 3 fatty acids, and most of us do not get enough in our diets.

Good for Lowering Colesterol
Had taken Flax seed oil rather than Fish oil for awhile. After Colesterol test, it had come down a LOT!!!.Need to get back on it
