This is a lovely book for young animal lovers! Each double page covers a different species and the information is clear and well-illustrated. Beautifully presented on nice quality paper and in great colour. I bought it for a bright, animal-obsessed four and a half year old who is only just learning to read, so she will need help to begin with, but there is plenty to read and look at with a grown-up. An older child could read for themselves as the text is appropriate for junior age readers.

Got this for my three and a half year old, who loves animals and has talked about maybe wanting to be a vet. This book has a really engaging layout and interesting facts. She loves looking in the book and asking what the writing says. It's a big book, so I would think it would be interesting to her once she learns to read and probably to about age 7/8.

My son 4yrs and daughter 6years love this book. Gives so much information and pictures. Highly recommend this book!! Great quality also.

My 3 year old grandson had another book in this series and loved it. This is a winner also. He just absorbes all the information and can sit for ages having it read to him fantastic information fun book

I bought this for my granddaughter aged 3 , she loves animals, she is very interested in learning about the different animals in the book 📖, I thought I knew a lot but this book actually learns you that there’s a lot that you don’t know, it’s great that you can explain to a 3 year old about the environment that the different animals live in , I would recommend this book as very educational for her (and me)👍🏻

Just a mine of information in a great format

My son loves these books. Filled with lots of age appropriate information. My son has flipped through this book more times than I care to think of and the binding has held up very well with how he handles the book.

I am very pleased with this book. I was after book for a 3 year old that wasn't too babyish and wasn't too old for him. This book was perfect, he can look at all the great pictures and when he's a bit older begin to read it. He will get many years out of it.
