Great laptop for the price
Received a brand-new but slightly damaged product. The laptop is good but I found it to get hot very fast and the performance is not up to mark compared to other laptops with the same specifications. The battery life is just ok but doesn't last long. For 2300 AED it is a very good deal and has no compromise but for 2600 you should probably get a laptop without a touchscreen such as the Asus Vivobook OLED which is better than this laptop in every way for just a bit more (except for the touchscreen). The keyboard is good.

the laptop is unreal for this price point its fast never lags and its a 2 in 1 laptop with a pen that works flawlessly even tho the battery doesn't last that much only 3 hours that laptop is unreal with its sleek design and modern look i recommend anyone to buy this laptop for its price point

Good laptop but..
I received the laptop as I found it here for the lowest price, it was brand new and great laptop, but the touch screen sometimes isn't responsive frome the first couple of times, I don't know if all touch screen laptops are like this or not

Excellent product. My first 2-1 laptop. Amazing to use. Very fast. Best part they give a good quality touch pen in the box. The speaker are front facing so the sound is also better.

Defective & NOT Working
We want a replacement of same model as the laptop has stopped working.It says Windows Boot and says Harddisc not installed. Seems some issue with hard disc.

Bluetooth Connectivity
Overall good, battery good, pen works well, However, the pen does not connect with Bluetooth :(
