As I know very little about the benefits or uses of MCT, I have little to go on. This was suggested by my doctor to go with an AIP diet I’ve been placed on. Taking the comments about mixing into consideration, I mix it with a small hand whisk without any problems. It doesn’t have a taste that I can notice and I still add an additional creamer with it.

I was looking for a non-dairy creamer made with good ingredients. This one exceeded expectations with added benefits: improves my focus and energy. It gives a delicious creamy, nutty flavor to my coffee or favorite POW Matcha fruit smoothie. I like the sustained focus and balanced energy (no jitters) when I use in my afternoon coffee.

I decided to try this product because I really like the matcha offering from POW but some days I prefer to drink coffee and this creamer is a great option. I feel like it mellows out and extends the hit of caffeine in the morning so I can use the energy longer. I think the creamer mixes well but I also like to add additional cream to my coffee.

I’ve been trying different supplements, and don’t usually observe much benefit from them. This is amazing!! I actually notice a difference in how I feel. No jitters, no crash, more even energy and a sense of calm. And I love how I can have my coffee in the morning with this creamer, and then have matcha in the afternoon, and have no sleep issues.

The even energy of matcha, plus focus boost and stress relief!! I love how all the ingredients serve a purpose. The functional creamer also dissolves well and I love the mild nutty taste 😍😋 I like to keep the creamer in a jar since it’s easier to handle the powder that way. Shipped fast!

Did not like taste.

This product encourages us to "upgrade your ritual," whatever that means. I'm not the type of person who engages in beverage "rituals," but I do know that there is good and growing scientific evidence on the immune and anti inflammatory benefits of mushrooms and I eat them often not only for health benefits but also because they are delicious. This product is not delicious, nor is it awful tasting. I have been using 1-2 teaspoons of this supplement in my coffee every morning for about a month and haven't noticed a significant change in my focus, endurance, or stress level, but I wasn't necessarily expecting it to. If a product could objectively achieve such sweeping positive outcomes in a month of use it would be medical miracle. That being said, I don't think there's anything to lose and may even be some benefit to increasing ones intake of mushrooms, and this product is one more way to do that. Although it didn't happen for me, if adding a healthful ingredient to your diet energizes you or makes you happy, I consider that an excellent outcome and worth investigating. I haven't tried it alone in my coffee, but add it to my usual almond milk. I initially blended with just a fork and the result was somewhat gritty and bitter. It definitely integrates better with an electric frother and I don't really detect any strong or off-putting flavor after blending. It is expensive at the current price, but I spend as much on calcium supplements so this is not a deterrent for me. The package has lasted a long time and I've still only used about half. Lastly, if you are concerned that the addition of cordyceps might turn you into a fearsome and powerful clicker, I can assure you that this has not happened in my experience, though I remain hopeful.

I love putting this in my smoothies to get my fill of mct oil, adaptogens, etc. It tastes really good and makes my smoothie seem more creamy. I also love blending it into my coffees as a creamer. And the bag is cute.
