Image is very misleading
Order comes with one nose piece, while the photo implies 2-4 in the bag, which at $25 would make it way more reasonable than what I received.

It definitely looks cool!
Well, for $25 I do think it should have come with a little clip to attach it your costume and been a little easier to attach to your nose and ear...The paint leaves marks on your skin when you sweat as well. However, once I finally had it on and in the right position, it looked great! The item arrived quickly, and it is better than anything I could have made myself.

Don't buy
Only one piece. It's just a nasal cannula someone's painted, so it's all sticky, with a piece of wire stuffed down the tube. $25 is about $20 more than it should cost.
