Easy to hold and put on a strap for any need
I am very impressed with the Xtra Tough Hand-Held Sensory Chew Toys! These chew toys are durable, well-made, and designed to withstand heavy chewing. The material feels sturdy and safe, giving me confidence that it will hold up to daily use without breaking apart easily. The hand-held design makes it easy for children to grip and use independently. It provides a great sensory outlet and helps redirect chewing behaviors in a safe and appropriate way. The texture is engaging without being too rough, making it comfortable to use for extended periods. I also appreciate how easy these chew toys are to clean and maintain. They have become a valuable tool for supporting focus, self-regulation, and sensory needs throughout the day. The quality exceeded my expectations, and they have held up remarkably well even with frequent use. Overall, I highly recommend the Xtra Tough Hand-Held Sensory Chew Toys to parents, caregivers, teachers, and therapists looking for a durable and effective sensory aid. They offer excellent quality, functionality, and value for the price.

Great teether for older children
Great teether for my toddler that always puts things in his mouth and refuses to leave the pacifier. Pros Larger and more durable than the ones made for babies. Great shape and size for toddler hands. Great tool for children on the spectrum who constantly need oral stimulation. Allows for it to be attached with a clip so it doesn’t not get lost. Cons No real cons other than it attracts dirt and hair. Must constantly rinse and clean to remove dirt and hair. Overall it has been great for our so. Who constantly chews on things and his fingers so this has been a great distraction.

Tough chew and half the price of the brand name autism chewies
Stand up to my level-3 autistic teen's tough teeth. Also good when he's starting to melt down and looking for something to sink his teeth into. He can hold it and bite the end. These last for a while and are half the cost of the brand name ones, which are exactly the same as these.

Xtra Tough for toddlers maybe
My son is 20 and has Autism. The first one made it one week before the rubber gave way to the chewing. There are others that say that same thing that have last four times longer. I was hoping these would be better because we like the design better. Three for $10, one last one week, the odds are not in their favor. There are worse ones too. If your child is a grinder, these are not for your child.

Good but not tough
I work with autistic children and young adults. Many of them really like these. They're easy to hold and you can also put a string on them easily. These are very flexible, though, and don't last long. I wouldn't call them "Xtra Tough." For chewies that are actually extra tough, the ones made by ARK are worth the extra cost.

Strong and perfect
3rd time purchased . These are perfect for autistic granddaughter. They hold up to the heavy chewing. Have them in home and car and sent some to her house.

Easy to hold
Not that tough, first day within the first hour it looked like this. He will but they this by tomorrow. Easy to hold, easy to clean but might not last more than a week. My child is 3yrs old with autism.

Great for my 8 yr old autistic child
They work great for my autistic daughter, they’ve saved us from meltdowns from having something to bite and she loves the different textures on the piece. They’re pretty durable, she bites through them after a couple weeks but she’s an excessively strong chewer so it’s to be expected and no way really reflects the product itself.
