Started taking May 15, 2023. I have lost 5lb 4 ozI have not faithfully exercised, but I have cut back on my carbs and sweets. I have tried every diet on the market. I am 35/40 pounds overweight. While this was tasty, I stopped taking it after reading the ingredients. Why would I take something laden with sugar to lose weight ?

I haven’t loss any weight yet so I don’t know if it’s working yet. The taste is horrible to chew. I mix it with my other gummies so I can stand the taste.
