Brushes and pots were fine .however the cap is absolutely rubbish you have to poke holes first in order to pull hair through which is so thin and tears easily and when you come to remove it doesn't come off in one complete piece mine ended up in several pieces and is now in bin .everything else you could have got from pound shop and would be better quality. Hair clips are of poor quality either don't grip to hair or fall apart.waste of money.

Great for home highlights. Spent 40 mins piercing the cap before use (useless if u don't do this) and putting a bit of talc in it before use and had zero issues. Outcome far better than the polythene disposable caps with no bleeding at all and a comfortable experience. Was also far quicker to pull the hair through, took less than half the normal time.

Terribly disappointed with this product . I merely took the cap out of packaging and noticed a hole on the rim of the cap with a tear in it .This is poor quality and not fit for purpose !It was like tissue paper . I think their must be a fault in this product line as every comment I read are saying and posting pictures of the same problems .Can Amazon investigate this to see why there is such a problem .I have been in the industry for years and highlight caps lasted you for years doing hundreds of highlight heads .Now scared to buy another as all reviews saying the same about this problem .

My granddaughter training to be a hairdresser and it is very useful for her and so pleased with it x

All bits were there and impressed i think over time i am going to know reap my money back 100% then paying £90 each 6 weeks to have highlights done and save money only getting a hair cut even my husband can do this for me so very well worth it

The box is well stocked however the cap was useless. It split several times when pulling hair through and when I pulled gently on the sides to bring it down a bit a great big piece came off. Very disappointed.As a result of my earlier review the seller replaced the product free of charge. I am yet to use the new product but I cannot fault the customer service.

The kit came it’s ok brushes and bowls are handy , however as soon as I used the cap one of the holes split so no good , not a good quality cap
