I set this up for auto ship. They say the price is 50.+ but when it gets posted with my other things it says $59 + Ideas?

I don't know what they're charging you extra for. I also have an auto-ship account set up with 'Because' brand because they have an overnight underwear which holds more liquid than the Night Defense. They don't charge shipping, but they tack on a 'handling charge' of about $6. I'm afraid they are just squeezing more money out of you.

Which is the front and which is the back? Does the blue design go in the back? Thank you

That's a great question. The blue design on the inside of the underwear indicates the back. We hope this helps!
