Hello, I use size M in this style of clothing. I want to know if the seamless boyshorts is the same, or are smaller, or is larger?

go ahead of sizing M. because this boyshort have quit well stretch.

I wear a size 16 in pants and a 9-10 in underwear what size should i get?

I am 5' 3" and wear a size 15 pants...I ordered a Large and they fit fine. They are great!!!!

Is it true to size should you size up or size down

I would say true to size because they are so soft and stretchy. While too small would be uncomfortable, if you go up a size you risk them slightly rolling. So stay true to the size you normally wear. Very comfy and I love the colors!

Is the material thin and comfortable for summer not heavy and thick

Thin, cool, super stretchy, and so comfy!!
