Good customer service
The 5 stars is for customer service. This is a nice looking punch bag but the one I received didnโt stand up straight. The pole and spring werenโt working properly. I was given a full refund and the item was collected from me quickly.

FLEXI-POLE SNAPPED ON THE FIRST DAY OF USE!
My four year old grandson loved his birthday gift (30.4.23). Until the pole snapped after a few of his punches.How powerful can a child of his age be?My son filled the base with sand, yet it moved around like crazy when my grandson punched it.Extremely poor quality, so avoid this item, save your money and buy a more expensive/robust piece of kit.

Don't fill with water!
Seems sturdy enough. Don't fill with water.. it leaks!. So now waiting on getting sand to fill it with.
