Sadly no instructions included. Looked just like a roll of fablon.Boiling hot day, left it out to soften, the car was warm, but absolutely no give in it at all so lots of creases. It did lift off well for repositioning but sadly nothing I did would make it stretch or mould to the curve of the headlight.
