I love it. It’s insanely cute. Works for what I need it for. It DOES feel a little loose like it might fall off (the bottom) but it hasn’t! The keyboard cover I have a love/hate relationship with. It’s so cute, but I wish it stayed down a little better. The little plug things it comes with for the usb and such, a couple didn’t fit right. Idc cuz I’m not gonna use them and it’s not that serious, but someone else might care. Overall worth it. For sure. Just make sure you read which laptop it fits. I saw that issue many times in the reviews. Triple check!

Cute, has held up well over MONTHS would buy again

Absolutley love the case. I bought the matte black color and it was very easy to install as well as fits my laptop. The biggest downfall I would say is that the matte black color leaves fingerprints all over the case. You can wipe it down with a damp cloth but you might have to rub harder in some areas. It also comes with the rubber stoppers to put on all your unused ports, however, they pop off easily. I ended up not using the screen protector, as it didn't fit the actual screen but the keyboard cover fits perfectly. Protection is great and it does not add extra bulk to the laptop. Only gave it 4 stars because of the fingerprint issue.

I really liked that this case came with a keyboard cover and other accessories. The cover itself fits well but does show fingerprints/handling (looks like oily transfer), which is annoying and I cannot seem to wipe it off. The screen protector was a nice addition but it did not come with instructions and I eventually removed it as it kept lifting due to being installed incorrectly by me. The keyboard cover seemed nice but like another person said, you can't use it with the backlit keyboard function. It also makes it harder to glide your hands across the keys smoothly when typing becasue of the rubber-like mateiral. Lastly, the rubber plugs are a nice idea, but can easily fall out. Otherwise, the case is good, does not feel bulky, and protects the laptop as it should.

The media could not be loaded. Got all the measurements right, and the casing doesn't fit. Am returning it.

I wanted a case for my Alcantara Surface Laptop 5 , and there wasn't much of a variety on Amazon so I got this one. After arriving, I noticed a few marks on the case, like it was used before. Though, I doubt that was the case (no pun intended) since there weren't really any fingerprints or anything- probably just some damage from the factory.When trying to install it, I ran into the main issue- the fitment was way too tight. What happened is the vent clamps (circled red on the photo) were too long to fit, and even if I tried to force them in, I doubt they would have come out of the vent without forced removal.So, I spent quite a bit of time cutting at the clamps to make them fit. The clamps are basically a bunch of tiny fingers that stick into the vent that are in an "L" shape. I ended up cutting off about 3/4 of the outer part of the "L" shape which goes inside the vent. Only then did the bottom half of the case become decently easy to put on.However, even then, the outer corner of the case were kind of not clamped to anything so if you put pressure on them they just move.The keyboard cover, as expected, does not have transparent letters so having the keyboard backlight with it on won't be of much use. When typing, it is quite firm though, maybe a little too firm for some. May strain your finger muscles after prolonged typing.I have not tried on the screen protector yet, but it seems OK. It's plastic, and came with a single cloth so no alcohol wipes or dust stickers if you are curious.Overall, the top part is good. And the bottom part is OK after the fitment being corrected. It is a smooth, clear plastic so yes, you can put stickers under the case if you want.So,Pros:-Comes with keyboard cover, port plugs , screen protector included with your case.-Case is a nice clear black. In a way, even looks premium.Cons:-Fitment is very poor out of the box. (At least with the case I recieved).-Keyboard cover a bit firm, letters not backlight compatible (not really an issue though )To summarize: Case came with fitment issues- if you want to buy one and risk having fitment issues but are OK with doing some modifications, this case is decent.

She has had it on her computer now for a year. It continues to protect her laptop. She feels the value for the money was spot on. Quality was/ is continues to be good.
