The downside for the product too manny crystals are clumped together, therefore I need extra time when I use the caster sugar to coat/ decorate my pastries because I need to use the swifter to strain the sugar to get rid of clumps . Other than that is good product !

Wonderful sugar for baking!! Living on island though, it doesn’t stay super fine for very long!!Sometimes upon delivery it is a big hard lump!! Still works great, just have to “bust it up”.

I love this sugar for how it instantly desolves in my iced coffee that I make at home. Also great for cookie and cake recipies.
