Good quality and value
Standard audio cable to let me attach my echo dot to better speakers. Cable was exactly the length described and it arrived in good order, well packaged. The cable quality feels good and the connectors also look and feel solidly built. Overall this is perfect for my needs and a good standard audio cable.

A bit expensive but otherwise a good Audio Aux Cable
At around £6, this is a little bit more expensive than a few other Aux cables that I used before, however length is good for me if I use a soundbar with my non-Bluetooth TV and even better when using with my PC set up as my speakers sit a bit too far from the PC to be able to use the standard or smaller sized Aux cables.Sound-wise the quality is good but again a better Aux cable can provide a somewhat better quality especially when mixing treble sounds and using bass on sub woofers at slightly lower settings but then again this also heavily depends on the speakers and sound cards. My iPhone does not have an Aux connector however when using with my Android phone, it works well as the length allows me to sit (or lie down) in a more comfortable position and still be able to connect to (non-Bluetooth) speakers. So overall a good choice though a bit pricey one, still highly recommended!

Cheap and fairly cheerful
This 1.5m 35.mm audio lead is supplied in a resealable bag that could be useful for storage. It is well made considering the price with decent braided cable and good quality metal plugs. The cable is fairly light weight and flexible. This means it is easy to position and route the cable to suit most requirements.Sound wise the cable comes across a bit on the bright wide to start with. This means that the treble frequencies are slightly forward and lifted. This is not necessarily a bad balance for the cheaper systems that this cable is probably aimed at but would marry less well with other equipment that tends towards a treble lift. There is also a bit of sibilance and I would like a bit more openness and clarity. On the plus side there is plenty of detail there and a good balance across the mid-range and bass. The cable times well and is able to track even complex rhythms. For its modest price this cable is not a bad buy and it will serve you well enough. However, it is not quite the best cable I have heard at this price and for a pound or two more it is possible to buy a better treble balance, more openness and clarity and a bit more detail. This is by no means a bad cable and it is well worth the money. It just can be improved up on and is not the very best at this price point.

HANDY 3.5mm TO 3.5mm PHONO LEAD.
“All Things Accessory” (ATA) 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable, 1.5m Gold Plated Jacks, Nylon Braided Cord, Aux Lead for Car, Headphones and Speakers.A handy, inexpensive audio cable – 3.5mm jack to 3.5mm jack at 60” or 150cm length.Perhaps a bit long for use with small audio devices such as iPods and similar but does the job. The cable is corded which makes it easier to handle and reduces “twist” plus (they say) both jacks are gold plated to enhance conductivity. At just £3.99, this is not an expensive cable – more of a convenience so does not produce top phonic results but you need to be picky to fault it.I thought it might be ideal to run between my iPod and a mini amplifier – it does, but there is rather a lot of “cable” to handle. It is also fine to run between the cars Aux socket and the iPod since the latter is not blessed with Bluetooth. It's one of those cables that you find you need when you don't have one so at such a low price, it's handy to get and keep for when you do.

Great audio cable with incredibly good braiding and nice quality build.
The ATA cable is beautifully made with slim male 3.5mm plugs, which I much prefer to the more traditional fatter casing on some plugs. The slim plug is invaluable if, like me, you tend to keep devices in hard or silicone cases where sometimes you have to take the case off in order to accommodate a traditional larger bodied mini-jack plug casing. The ATA slim plug casing fitted well and 'pushed-fully-home' with no issues. The 24k gold plated connectors gave a crackle-free connection even when rotating the plug in the socket. There's an extra 'pole' on the plugs. i.e. instead of the traditional three poles for stereo connection, there's a 4th pole on the ATA plug to accommodate headsets with a mic attached. The cable still works absolutely fine for normal stereo connection situations too though. Strange that there's no mention of this 'extra' connectivity in the product description.I must mention the braiding. I am a big fan of braided cables and in fact don't buy plastic/vinyl sheathed cables any more. However, braided cables can vary quite a bit. Some are thicker and less flexible than others. The braiding on the ATA is rather different to most other cables I have tried... the cable is incredibly flexible, which is good. However, it's more the 'feel' of the braiding... it almost feels like it's a very fine metal, it isn't metal of course (well I don't think it is) but it works extremely well, and literally 'slithers' through the fingers and also feels very tough indeed. I really like the braiding immensely, it's quite special in my opinion. It clearly is nylon brading as per the manufacturer's description but its tangle-free and silky feel is quite exceptional, probably the best I have come across. For less than a fiver you get this superbly finished cable. A bit of a bargain I reckon.

Good quality 1.5metre braided 3.5mm audio lead
Being braided gives this lead the advantage of being a bit tougher than the non-braided thinner type, but it also makes it a little thicker too – not overly, but it’s not as easy to roll up and tends to spring open when released. The ends are secure and gold plated, the 3.5mm jacks fit tightly with no crackling when the earphones are plugged in.Whether it’s worth paying the extra for a braided, tougher cable will depend on the amount of use it will get, but it’s decent value for a good quality cable.
