Worth paying the extra
although on the pricey side you wont regret buying one of these, we sent back 2 cheap (or cheaper) rails because the majority of ones ull see on here are crappy made in china bits of tat that are either plastic with chrome coating or lightweight flimsy rails not fit for purpose. This is solid and well built, you can tell just taking it out the box its made with better material than cheaper alternatives. Dont waste your money on cheaper rails this will last years

Original, solid, heavy chrome plated
When mounting on brick wall, no problem with raw plugs.Don't mount directly on dry wall . . mount on 12mm plywood then mount plywood on dry wall.
