My 2 window shade order were the same, but after mounting we can see the difference in transparency and color..how can I contact the seller directly?

I bought 2 of these a few weeks apart. The first one installed without issue. The second one was bent which I didn’t realize until I was already in the process of installing. It made it difficult to slide the bracket pieces into the hollow metal tube since those depend on the hole being round. I managed to get it installed anyway with some difficulty. Upon fully installing and rolling down the shade, I discovered the tube was bent in several places, and that made the shade not unroll and roll up as smoothly as the first one I purchased. The shade itself wanted to pull to one side upon rolling up which made one side bunch up and slightly fray the edges of the shade on that side. I continued to fiddle with it and at least for now seem to have gotten the shade more straight. Time will tell. Overall I still like the product, just wish I hadn’t ended up with a bent one the second go around.

I'll be glad when China runs out of Phillips screws. I substituted some Torx screws I had on hand.Seems like a decent quality product. We'll see how it holds up after a season, but even if it just makes it through one summer I'd call it a win.Installation is pretty simple and straightforward. Two person job.Update: Because of the way we originally mounted the shade it was beginning to pull out of the bottom strip. Winds were making it pull against our porch columns.After receiving a second one for another section, I decided to try to cut the width of the first one down to fit between the columns. It's not super difficult to cut to width with the right tools.I also added pop rivets near the ends on the bottom bar to help keep the shade clamped in place.

I am missing both bungee cords and both hooks to keep my shades from flying everywhere
