Really good basic and dupe for skims top. Sits right on the hips which I love. Really fitted

Tight and Not Stretchy
I got my normal size M, and the arms and shoulders were very tight. The seams don't allow for much stretch either. I was hoping this would be a nice, soft stretchy fabric like similar shirts on here, but they're not. Try a different brand or maybe size up?
