Probably the best investment I made for this hot weather! Can now sleep comfortably with the windows wide open and not a single bug has come through. It was pretty easy to install, though I would recommend having 2 people if possible. It also has an added benefit of blocking the sun rays a bit so the room gets less hot anyway. It's also really strong material and magnetic strips because they've survived my toddler pushing on them without moving out of place at all. My house is a standard early 2000s semi and it fits the double sized (2 pane) window perfectly - didn't have to cut any extra off. I'd honestly say it's the best buy I've made in a while and would recommend it to anyone, especially if you have children as it's like an extra layer of safety for opened windows as well because they can't seem to figure out the magnet opening. Highly recommended.

do not buy this. its a pain to set up and doesnt even do its job well after. the pvc strip and the grooved strip barely fit together so when you try to pull it off by the corner bits the whole thing just falls apart. the magnets arent strong enough to hold together so after 10 minutes the thing just slides off. it doesnt even look good when its set up. if i could give it 0 stars i would. boo to this thing 👎

The idea behind this is brilliant but the execution still requires a little bit more improving, specifically the magnetic strips provided are a bit weak and sometimes in certain regions after cutting to correct size the strip looses magnetic force. The setup is a bit tedious if trying to get a perfect fit. The instructions provided could be clearer with step-by-step images. Overall good fit, sturdy and ease of use after applied.

Easy to install and works very well. The magnetic strips hold the screen securely, and it was simple to cut to size. Keeps flies and insects out while letting fresh air in. Good quality mesh and great value for the price. Highly recommended.

I watched the installation video before putting this up on my window & it was very helpful. Also read other reviewers comments to straighten the pvc trim before using as it comes rolled up, this is essential. After that it was plain sailing to attach the netting to my window, very practical to lift it up to shut the window when needed & easy to stick back onto the magnetic strip. The mesh screen keeps the flies out while letting the fresh air circulate. A superior product compared to other types I tried that didn't stay attached.

Brilliant fly screen, easy to fit and use, looks great once installed. Sometimes the retaining strip starts to peel off in places but this can just be pushed back on. Definitely worth the money for peace of mind and keeping the bugs out.

Do not buy, absolutely rubbish! Bought 1 of these for my bedroom last year from a different company and it ws fantastic, wanted another but unable to get the same one so tried this one. Awful is an understatement! Doesn't stay together, magnetic strip is rubbish and comes unclipped all the time! In the bin it went!! If I could give zero stars I would!

Looking through the box, the kit looked good. Installation of the magnetic strip onto the window was straightforward but getting the white plastic framing to sandwich the net with the grooved magnet and stay clicked together was impossible, it kept falling apart. I ended up sewing the magnetic strip into channels of the net using my sewing machine and supergluing on the corners. Very happy with the result and I have now made bug screens for all of the bedroom windows using this method. Lovely to have freedom to open the windows and not have an invasion of unwanted guests, especially for me and my daughters who don't like spiders and also the dog who hates anything that flies.
