You’ll need to do some work on these prior to install
The 2 diffs I received were missing a few parts: a red silicone seal in one, a shim and a red seal in the other. Gears are equal in quality to the factory diffs in my Redcat Dukono. Just be prepared that these diffs may not arrive in plug-n-play condition.

One differential was "out-of-round"
When I installed the diff in the diff housing on my RedCat Sandstorm, it would bind in some places when I would spin the pinion gear on the drive shaft. I swapped the pinion gear with the one from the front diff, and it did the same thing. Telling me the ring gear was thicker in on one side than on the other side. A little annoying to say the least. So I decided to use the old ring gear from my diff, and bolted it to this one's plastic housing and it worked fine. Also, this unit comes with a thick blue diff grease (lightly coated), which might work for backyard bashing with a brushed/NiMH system, but would not withstand a brushless/3s Lipo setup. I decided to go with some 30k in the front & 50k diff oil in the rear, and is working fantastic.
