Absolutely worth the value. The time frames are pretty spot on, so if you go into it with the expectation that for the next 2-3 hours your going to be nose deep in information, you’ll have a wonderful time. It was oThe stories are engaging, easy to comprehend, and we absolutely had a blast. Currently working on our 3rd case file.

I love all of these cases. This one has three parts which was challenging but simple enough for all the budding internet detectives out there. I’ve gifted two of these away because that’s how fun it is. Oh well time to buy a few more. Thanks for the fun time! Grab a few, you won’t regret it.

This was a fun way to test all the knowledge I have from crime books and TV. I have always been interested in police investigation but am not courageous enough to be on the streets with the real heroes. This gave me a way to solve the crime from the comfort of my home. I loved the different sources for information. I’ll be looking for a second Cryptic Killer investigation to solve!

So much fun! These keep me busy for hours

This was hard for my first time I didn’t even know where to begin. It was really good I’m glad I was able to figure out the killer.

This will be my third review for Cryptic Killers because I seriously cannot get enough!! As per usual, the packaging was outstanding, the case itself was amazingly put together, and truly made me feel like a detective! This case follows Penelope "Nell" Phryp, a private investigator that was hired at Mediluck Medicines to find who is leaking the company's information on a new sleeping pill. Only a week into her investigation, she ends up brutally murdered in one of the labs. Our job is to find who did it, why, and who the mole is. Again, this is a FANTASTIC game and it is so much cheaper than Hunt-A-Killer for the same detective experience. I had so much fun playing this, as it kept me entertained for a couple of hours. The case is easy to read and truly looked like a detective's case file. Cannot wait to start the next one!!

These games are SOOOO much fun. This is the second one I've ordered and will def keep it on the game night roster. For added entertainment, make sure you have a variety of people....like...the loud ones, the funny ones, the totally inappropriate commenters, it just makes it that much better.

This is a very well thought out murder mystery game. It is broken down into three parts, each with a specific goal and the relevant pieces of evidence to help reach the goal. There is also an estimated time for each part so you know before you start how long it might take. You do need to do the parts in the correct order but due to the way it has been put together, you don’t necessarily have to do it all in one day - we did part one, and then parts two and three a couple of days later. We completed this as a family and all of us really enjoyed it. Sifting through the evidence (of which there is quite a lot), finding the relevant information and ruling out suspects was great fun. We will definitely be buying more of these in the future as it’s a great way to spend the afternoon with the family whilst having a go at being detectives.

Great family game for adults - immediately fall in love with this game

We had such a fun night solving this. It made us feel like the detectives we imagine we are. Very detailed and well put together. I will definitely be ordering more.
