Found this helpful with some fading of scars. Pleased .This just helps with fading of old scars. Does help more if you start applying as soon as possible.. Value was good. Textured,not greasy. I was pleased for the most part.

Only Minor Changes Noted
• Made in the USA • Nongreasy • Unscented • Non-irritating I have used this cream for several weeks on an old keloid scar and on a six-month-old surgical scar. The cream applies nicely and is not irritating. After repeated uses, I have only noticed minor changes in these scars. I will continue to use the cream until the tube is empty. If any real changes occur, I will update this review. I love that it us made in the USA. But at the current price of nearly $50, I do not find the cream to be worth it.

This scar treatment was recommended to my husband, who has had a childhood scar for decades. He’s tried to ignore it over the years, but it’s always been something he wished he could improve. After several weeks of consistent, twice-daily use, we’ve noticed visible changes—the scar’s texture feels smoother, and the color is starting to look more even. The cream has a light, pleasant scent and a smooth texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. The bottle might look small at first, but it’s surprisingly long-lasting. Only a few drops are enough for his 4-centimeter scar, making it a good value for the price. We plan to continue using it for 4–6 months to see if the improvements become more permanent. I’ll update this review in the future with longer-term results.
