Rincon de la Subbetica - Extra Organic Virgin Olive Oil

Really strong flavour, so need to pair it carefully. Loved it though and will buy again for sure.My best combo so far: Wild Rocket, a decent drizzle of fresh lemon juice, good amount of salt (I use Diamond Crystal Kosher), a good amount of Rincon oil, and a good amount of freshly ground quality black pepper. The result is a peppery, grassy, acidic and salty flavour burst in your mouth that tingles so many things at once. All the flavours compliment each other very well. Only works with grassy oils like this one.

It’s one of the finest olive oils I’ve ever had the pleasure to consume, and I’ve been around.The depth of its aftertaste is something to behold. Don’t waste it in cooking, transform your salad instead: it’s worth it.

This one of the best in its category it is well known for being good oil. Somehow this manufacture has created one of the best olive oil which is great to all who have been lucky to know about and consume.

This is olive oil at its truly best. We were so impressed by the quality that we’re now on our second bottle. Amazing flavour, colour and aroma. Knocks the cheap stuff out of the water. Once tasted, there’s no going back.
