The gummies taste good and yeah It did improve my hair quiet a bit in 60 days , but just after using it for 8-10 days of using I got a side effect of vitamin B contents in the gummies , which is insomnia , first I didn't realise that gummies are causing me sleep problems but , my doctor told me that too much vitamin b causes insomnia , which these gummies contain quiet a bit amount , so yeah for some people it might be a bit problematic , not everyone because everyone's body is built different , I'm not saying the gummies are not good for health , but if you're thinking of taking this , then first please consult your doctor or therapist . I would also not recommend, if you're already dealing with some allergies or disorders in your body .. thanks

So I wanted to try these gummies because I think better than any other medication this format is a good way to taken the required nutrition and it taste good it says it is sugar free but it doesn't feel like it and it is very tasty just like normal candy that we used to enjoy in a childhood and it is affordable as well and as it as just been under a week of me trying it I can't say about the effectiveness but it doesn't feel like a chore just feel like a treat.

I have been taking biotin capsules from many months from the medical store for my hair to be healthy, but that was too expensive, and not good in taste (hard to swallow too ) but got the best replacement with awesome taste , feels like jelly 💯 in small toffee packets , plus got zinc and multivitamin in the same product, what could be better . Nirvasa is a brand of trust for me I love their products, came to know about the hair gummies a little late but now am satisfied with the product. Loved it 💓

I have just received the package will try for this month and update the changes if any in my hair and skin then now ..however the gummies are yummy...but if incase don't help me will discontinue and buy another brand ..price is good to try ..
