Comprehensive book of sprouts, microgreens and germination. Although written from an American view where British readers may struggle to obtain the seeds. Very good photos, description of flavour profiles and ease of seeds and which are best for sprouts and microgreens. Compact, authoritative and easy to follow for a newbie like myself.

Good book for beginners like me but its American so some references are useless.

The author tries to give you a knowledge how to make micro green and not spend all your money on utensiels. That is unusual and I appreciate it very much. He also learn you little tricks I did not read in any other book.

I'm experimenting with microgreens as part of my horticultural business. It's one of those growing aspects where experience is as important as theory so this book is a great companion.

Important read if you are going down the path of microgreen farming for personal or commercial purposes.

Not in enough pictures

I had seen a few videos on growing microgreens but lacked specific details, I found most of the answers to my questions in this book and I love that it goes into detail for most microgreen seeds.
